All prices quoted include GST (Goods and Services Tax). All shipping fees are shown separately and also include GST.
We undertake to replace or provide a refund for any product delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please notify us through our designated "Contact Us" webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of faulty or damaged goods. Please also remember to include your receipt or invoice number.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card or charge account for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Change of Mind
We also undertake to exchange or provide a credit note for any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange or credit, please note we are not able to refund any packing and postage charges already incurred. Please understand that when you return undamaged goods for exchange or credit it will be at your own cost.

Please return your faulty item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order with a letter noting the problem, together with your full name and address details and a copy of the invoice. Please indicate a contact phone number if you would like to talk to someone about your return.

Please retain your postal or courier receipt as we will need to contact the delivery agent if your return package is not received. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and replacement(s) sent. In the event of a credit, this will be issued in the original form of payment.
